Double-acting butterfly valves work great with Namur Solenoid valves, Both open and close functions require air resulting in faster actuation then spring return models. You will need a 5/3 switch or solenoid to control this valve.

Double-acting butterfly valves are a great way of controlling water flow remotely. Unlike a spring return butterfly valve air is required to open and close the valve. Simple to control with either a Pneumatic Air Switch or Namur Valve.
Butterfly valves are ideal for water trucks; They are durable, rugged and maintenance-free. Butterfly valves are easy to install and don't require a gasket thanks to the inbuilt rubber (EPDM) wafer
