We will accept a return of goods for change of mind within 30 days of receiving the order and subject to the terms and conditions below. Goods that have been custom made, custom cut, custom processed or custom acquired are not eligible for returns unless defective.

For goods to be eligible for return they must meet the conditions below:

• An RMA number must be obtained and RMA form completed and sent with goods
• Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery
• Any goods must be returned in the same condition as when first delivered to you, including intact original packaging material
• Goods must not be used
• You are responsible for freight costs of delivery and return to us, and risk is with you to ensure goods are returned damage free

Restocking fees apply for goods returned after 30 days for change of mind.

• Between 30-60 days of delivery, a 10% restocking fee
• Between 60-90 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee

When goods are returned according to these conditions, we may issue a credit note or refund for amounts paid by you for these goods, less restocking fee and freight costs.

Goods may also be returned in person to 83 Proximity Drive, Sunshine West VIC 3020 during our usual business hours.
