The advantages of the XHD Water Pump
Reliability: The XHD water pump is designed to perform; there are 100s of XHD pumps that are operating day in, day out.
Efficiency: The XHD has a highly efficient wet end, providing more water with less power and minimum water turbulence thanks to the offset volute.
Precision: Alignment of the hydraulic motor and water pump shafts is critical to low operating temperatures and long life. The XHD one-piece frame, one-piece shaft, and balanced impeller ensure years of trouble-free operation.
Easy Installation: The XHD features a compact footprint and simple yet flexible pipe coupling options.
Long, trouble-free life: Large oversized bearings, a large cross-section shaft, a Simple Grease point, and an extreme-duty mechanical seal will provide years of service.
Adjustable Volute Positions: Easily rotate the volute to align with your pipework. You can adjust the volute in 45-degree increments.
Let us show you some of the features we're excited about.
Heavy Duty ShaftThe water pump shaft connects the hydraulic motor to the impeller and transfers any load to the frame. The XHD shaft is highly rigid and ensures that the hydraulic motor is not subjected to lateral loads even in circumstances where a foreign object passes through the pump. We also use large-high-quality pressed-on bearings and have a simple easy-to-access grease point.

Large, Durable, Mechinal Seal.Mechanical seals maintain the seal between the wet end of the pump and the environment. Mechanical seals are required to work at high speeds and pressures and can be inconvenient to replace when they fail. We have used a type 502 Seal that is renowned as the most durable seal for applications where pumps may run dry and where the water may have contaminated such as rock and sand. |
